2008年6月10日晚上由香港地球之友与绿点·广州联合主办的“平步青云讲坛”（Green Pathfinders Forum）系列活动第四讲“系统思维助青云”，在绿点·广州、华南师范大学绿色文明社团以及各方的共同努力下顺利举行。由被誉为民间绿色播种人、社会活动毅行者、环保“花木兰”的吴方笑薇老师和香港“系统思维”研究专家薛俊良老师、香港企业家王一泉总经理为到场的大学生和绿色追梦者奉献了一场精彩的讲坛。

 

June 10th 2008, the Green Pathfinders Forum, a green career lecture series jointly organized by Green Point • Guangzhou and Friends of the Earth (HK), staged the fourth chat show titled “System Thinking.” It was a huge success through the joint efforts of Green Point • Guangzhou, Green Civilization Association of South China Normal University. Three guests were invited; they were Mrs. Mei Ng (吴方笑薇) , UN Global 500 Laureate, veteran environmental advocator; Professor Xue Junliang (薛俊良), a “system -thinking” expert from Hong Kong and Mr.Wang Yiquan（王一泉）, a business leader from Hong Kong. Their “thought provoking” dialogue inspired the young green pathfinders in attendance.

超常思考！系统思维！六顶帽子！出人头地！

如何“出”人？如何“头”地？

如何利用“系统思维”考虑环保问题？

如何用“系统思维”提升创业就业能力？

 

 

薛俊良老师向在场的大学生展示了“六顶帽子”思维，薛老师介绍说,白帽子代表资讯，用大量的信息去填补空白；蓝色代表宏观，一个事件在蓝色天空下（社会）将产生的影响；黑色就是批判，观点被人批判，所以脸黑了；绿色代表创意，在绿色的田野上播种新的种子，萌发一种新的生命（想法）；红色表示主观感性想法；黄色代表行动，有想法后需要用行动去实现。薛老师以瓶装纯净水为例，与现场的六名志愿者一同利用六顶帽子思考问题。首先，薛老师拿出红色帽子，6位志愿者分别说出对瓶装纯净水的感觉，其中一个志愿者说：“我觉得这样很不环保，如果每个人每天都拿一个瓶子，喝完就丢，这样真的很浪费。”然后，薛老师拿出绿色帽子说：“如果不是这样，可以怎么做呢？”于是一个志愿者提出“研制一种喝完水就可以吃掉的瓶子”的创想，赢得了现场观众的阵阵掌声。随后薛老师分别用剩余的四顶帽子引导志愿者思考。

 

薛老师的六顶帽子给我们的启发是：“你的点子不等同于你的面子；当主持人拿起一顶帽子的时候，大家想的是同样的事情，就可以一起批判，自己也可以批判自己，这样会议就会流畅很多，不会再有人身攻击。”他建议我们要用“六顶帽子”系统思维方式去思考身边的问题，包括环保问题。

 

薛老师很善谈，很友善，更有幽默感，他的实话实说，启发了在坐的大学生和绿色追梦者。

 

Professor Xue Junliang kicked off his lecture by demonstrating the “6 Hats” system thinking methodology. Holding up 6 caps, Prof. Xue explained the 6 thinking aspects: “The white one represented informative thinking, you should use plenty of information to fill the blank; the blue one represented macro thinking, what influence will a matter have under the blue sky (society); the black one represented critical thinking, when your ideas are criticized by others, your face may turn black; the green one represented originality, if you sow a new seed on the green field, you can gain a new life (idea); the red one represented subjective and perceptual thinking; the yellow one represented activities, only activities can make your ideas come true , right? “ Professor Xue recommended us to use the 6 Hats thinking process to analyze problems around us including the environmental problems.

 

Professor Xue is an insightful and humorous speaker. His talk has inspired the attentive audience present.

 

同时，在从第三讲开始启动的以“绿色亚运志愿者系列之生态导游”为主题的Cool英语环节中，华师大的同学自导自演了一个精彩的英语舞台剧。舞台剧讲述了一个名为Handsome的外国友人来到广州大学城，学生Lucy和Lily为他介绍广州大学城的景点与本地特产。 口语流利的“外国友人Handsome”，动作敏捷，表达幽默，赢得阵阵掌声与喝彩声，同学们用自己的方式体现“绿色亚运志愿者”的风采。吴方笑薇老师肯定了Cool英语的表演，称赞这个表演是Good performance!同时，她还赞扬“外国友人”充分表现了青年男生的active，而对于“学生导游Lucy和Lily”，她认为两个小女生导游亲切友好，表达流利，不过不足点就是稍缺自然！嘉宾王一泉先生也给予了点评，他认为在 Cool英语的对话过程中，可适当再引入一些与绿色有关的话题。吴方老师与王一泉先生的点评更加丰富了Cool英语的改进内容。

 

Theme of Cool English focused on “Green volunteers for the Asian Games”. Students from South China Normal University performed a short drama titled “Eco Guiding for Guangzhou”. The story unfolded as Handsome, a foreign tourist from Australia, asked for direction from two local students, Lucy and Lily. The students incarnated the mien of “green volunteers for the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games” through a light-hearted conversation. Mrs. Mei Ng complimented the performance. Moreover, she said that the foreign tourist was very inquisitive, which was typical of young travelers today. She also thought that, the two girls, Lucy and Lily, were very friendly and spoke fluent English, but their only shortcoming was that they did not appear to be very spontaneous. Mr. Wang Yiquan also gave some comments of the performance. He preferred that they could talk more about the Green topic. Both Mrs. Mei Ng and Mr. Wang Yiquan offered helpful tips to improve our Cool English.

 

第三环节的模拟面试，更赢得了在场观众的青睐，几乎所有观众都举手希望能有机会参加面试，让考官考验自己。王一泉先生对应聘者提了以下几个的问题：

 

1、 你过去的暑假都做了什么？

 

2、你为什么会选择本公司？

 

3、你最难忘的经历是什么？

 

4、你觉得自己五年后会是什么样子？

 

5、别人怎么评价你？

 

6、如果我让你推荐一个人来做市场助理这个职位，你会推荐谁？

 

7、你有什么问题要问我？

 

王先生还告诉大家他问这些问题的原因，第4个问题是了解应聘者是否有好强心及毅力；第6个问题主要是了解应聘者怎样推荐自己；第7个问题是了解应聘者是不是有好奇心。最后，王先生针对应聘者面试的情况，告诉在座学生在应聘时一定要清楚自己的定位，了解自己想要做什么，也要明白自己所应聘的职位是要做什么的；其次，面对HR时要注意眼神交流，显露自己的自信。

 

The most attractive session was the mock job interview. So many aspiring graduates in the audience are keen to put themselves to the test. Mr Wang Yiquan interviewed the volunteer candidate by asking a series of strategic questions. After the interview, he shared useful tips and also insights of how business organizations recruit staff and interview candidates. Hopefully, this exercise would prepare our aspiring job seekers for their important encounter with their job opportunities.

The Green Pathfinders Forum (GPF), The Green Pathfinders Forum aims to inspire young people about Green-Career-Green-Vision through experience and vision sharing with community leaders and experts.

 

Through dialogue with green leaders, thousands of green career aspirants will be enlightened.   Through green English debates and mock job interviews, thousands of budding environmental job seekers will be empowered. It is about China youth empowerment. It is about investing in the future of a Greener China.

 

 

 

 

Green Pathfinders Forum is a green youth empowerment program co-organized by Greenpoint Guangzhou and Friends of the Earth (HK). Guangzhou universities take turn to host the event on their campuses. The audience are mostly first, second and third year students.

 

Green Point·Guangzhou focuses on promoting the social environmental consciousness, especially leading the undergraduate volunteers to operate activities in the campus and cultivating more youth to concern with the natural environment.

 

 Friends of the Earth (HK) is a registered environmental charity in Hong Kong since 1983. It’s mission: “Friends of the Earth (HK) is dedicated to protecting the environment locally and regionally by engaging government, business and society in promoting solutions to create environmentally sustainable public policies, business practices and lifestyles."
