Communal actors must be those action professionals, and against with solutions, if they have no reasons, that would not be valid.

大学生的自我辨识能力要提高，能做什么、爱做什么，你是谁、你要什么，要搞清楚。
Undergrad students should know what they can do, willing to do, who you are, what they need to do, they should make these clear.
很多人会提问题，但很少人拿出解决方案
Many people would raise questions, but not many of them can provide a solution.
要评价一个领域，就必须在该领域从事一定时间，我认为是1000个工作小时以上，即10年。
To comment a domain, people need to work there for a period of time, I think that is 1000 hours or more, that is 10 years.
政府、企业精英多，最缺精英的是NGO，这里最需要人才。
There are many elites working with the government and the enterprise, the one who demand elites a lot are NGO, they needs the brain.

二、嘉宾精彩对话
吴方笑薇：究竟如何知道什么是适当的环保公益团体适合自己？
Mei: how do we know which environmental public interest group is suitable to us?
冯永锋：多到不同的机构实习，多当配角，慢慢去识别和调整，不一定从一而终，一开始多看看，尤其是利用暑假等时间。
Mr. Feng: have more practice in different organizations, and try to identify and adjust by yourselves, no need to be just stay in one place, look and try more in the beginning during summer holidays.
马天南：年青人没有进入社会前，很多都是未知，干一段时间就认为我只能干这个，但很多外国人一生干过很多不同的事情，都是从喜欢开始的，所以先要去了解。不喜欢可以离开，当认定时候，要花上“十年磨一剑”的功夫，然后来一个漂亮转身一样灿烂，而不是一知半解，蜻蜓点水。
Ms. Ma: before entering to the society, there are full of uncertainty for the young people. Just work for a while then think that they can just do that job, but many foreigners have tried different career in their whole life which just begin with their interest. So, try to understand first, if you don’t like it, you can leave, but when you have confirmed your target, spend your whole life into it.
吴方笑薇：现在环保公益的需求是什么？
Mei: What do present environmental public interest demand?
冯永锋：社会需要呼吁你做很多事情，只要你愿意面对现实去解决问题，现在大量人不作为，只要你做一点工作，就会被社会认同。现在环保公益这个领域属于创业阶段。
Mr. Feng: the society needs to appeal you to do lot of things, as long as you are willing to face the reality and solve the problems. Nowadays, many people don’t want to do anything, if you are willing to do a bit, it accepted by the society. This industry is still in the initial stage.
吴方笑薇：要写出报告，需要通过很多调研和考察，但是大学生没有这个时间，仅仅出于兴趣，那在参加一个环保公益活动前需要什么装备？
Mei: to write a report, it needs to go through a lot of investigations, but the undergrad students do not have the time, just base on their interest, what they need to do to equip themselves before joining the environmental public activities?
冯永锋：如果你觉得现在的大学生很无知，但如果你回想以前，你自己同样的时候并不见得好多少。所以信任、支持和鼓励很重要，新员工刚进来，如果不至于造成重大的错误，就应该给他们去试去做。而且要给出“点”状的事情他们做，犯错也是点状的，不致于影响全局。
Mr. Feng: if you think the undergrad students nowadays are ignorant, try to recall your past, you are just similar with them. So, trusting, supporting and encouraging them are really important. For the new staff, if he does not make a huge mistake, just let them to do and try what they want. Give them to do ‘independent’ work, just that work would be going wrong, but not affect the whole task.
人很贱，教没有用，一定要给他犯错。
Human is that, it is no point on teaching, you must let them to make mistakes.
所以新人一进来，要给机会，要求每个员工都要亲自去做，而不是只做协调人，这样才能面对现实问题。
So, when there is new staff come, give them chance, ask everyone to try by themselves, but not just be the coordinator, that’s the way to face problems.
马天南：公益领域太新，谁来都行，但NGO到一定体系，会比政府还官僚。所以因为新才能容错。
Ms. Ma: the domain of community is so new that everyone can do it, but when the NGO reach to a certain level, it would be more bureaucratic than the government, because it is new, so it can bear the errors.
三、嘉宾对大学生的鼓励语录
冯永锋：社会允许每个人按本性做事，我认为生命可以更加健康，生命是自己的。
Mr. Feng: the society accepts everyone to do what they want according to their nature. I think life can be more healthy, as life is yours.
马天南：20年前我们没有机会选择，今天社会多元给了自己更多选择，遵循自己心的选择。Just do it！成功在于行动
Ms. Ma: we do not have a choice 20 years ago, today, the multiplex society give me more choices, follow your nature, Just do it! Success is because of action.
吴方笑薇：以身作则，苦乐长存，四两拨千斤
Mei: make oneself performance be the rule of others; happiness and bitterness would exist together; conquering the unyielding with the yielding
四、嘉宾妙答观众
观众1：冯老师，环保是没有尽头的路，你认为个人做到什么程度是尽头？
Audience 1: Dr. Feng, environmental protection is a road without an end, what do you think is the end for oneself to do?
冯永锋：这是一个虚假的真理，哪个领域都没有尽头，要问是否能为社会做点事，只要改变的事情多一点点就好。
Mr. Feng: that’s a fake truth, all domains would not have an end, to ask are there something can be done for the society, as long as it can change a little bit, that’s enough.
观众2：解决环保问题都是用公益倡导的方式吗？
Audience 2: just communal promotion can solve the environmental problems?
马天南：并不是倡导就能解决问题，倡导的目的是什么，有很多入口去做。要看看发现的是否是真的问题，有没有创新办法解决，倡导只是一个部分。这是一个挑战智慧的过程。
Ms. Ma: not just promotion and education can solve the problem, what is the aim on these? There are lots of ways we can do. We need to see is that the real reason of that problem, is there any new solution? Education just one of the solutions, that is a challenge with our brain.
吴方笑薇：最近流行关灯一小时，也是一种倡导，要人们在黑暗中反思。但Don’t just tell me, show me! 实践是硬道理。
Mei: it is popular to dim out the light for an hour, that’s also a kind of education and promotion. Let people to reflect in the dark. But Don’t just tell me, show me! Actions are always the truth.
